I am a biologist, a personal trainer, and a nutritionist. Together we can create a meal plan that’s sane and maintainable to help you lose weight.
It won’t break the bank; normal foods from regular super markets. No pills, shakes, or meal replacements (unless that’s what you want/need). We will discuss habits, pitfalls, and motivation techniques and come up with a solid plan, unique to you, that you can stick with for the rest of your life.
Little changes over time will serve you much better than a fad diet ever could.
Together we will determine your BMR and your suggested intake. Armed with that knowledge we will create a menu together of healthy foods that you actually enjoy (and can afford). The menu has enough variation to last months, but some people like to change it up more often.
