I can help you design a survey, test, or questionnaire from start to finish, and analyze the results with confidence that your data is statistically accurate. In the first part of the design phase, I can help you determine if a survey is right for your needs and if so, what constructs to use. I will suggest questions to include based on many years' experience building professional surveys for companies. I will walk you through the development phase and recommend best practices that will boost your response rate. While the survey is live, I will help you determine the best survey management and communication practices, and how to analyze the results and report the data in the most effective way. In some instances, I can recommend best practices or action plan items to help turn your results into meaningful changes.
Training & Qualifications
I have a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a specialty in Methods of Assessment and Data Analysis. I have worked with large organizations to develop customer/employee satisfaction surveys, personality tests, exit surveys, organizational climate surveys, and specialty surveys for programs or training. I am proficient in utilizing the APA methods of assessment guidance and statistical analysis of tests. My largest surveys reach 23,000 people annually, my smallest reach 5 to 7.
