In a 30 minute remote conversation, I will collaborate with you to identify what you want to change in your diet, activities, or any other area of your lifestyle. I will bring clarity to any confusion or questions you may have about what is and is not healthy. Your take away: validation about what in your life is truly healthy already, at least three improvement goals to work toward and a timeline for completion, and a set of lists customized for you about what simple steps to take next to start working toward your goals. Follow Up Coaching is available as a different service. This initial session may be available for free when combined with Follow Up Coaching services.
Training & Qualifications
Massage Therapist, mostly vegetarian, polymath, experience with combining eastern health and wellness practices, experience developing simple solutions to complex problems.
