FollowUp Healthy Lifestyle Coaching

As a result of an initial coaching session (available as a separate service), I will provide 2 additional follow up sessions of 30 minutes each with this service. In each 30 minute remote conversation, by phone or other chat platform, I will celebrate with you about what progress you have made since our last session about reaching your health and wellness goals, collaborate with you to identify challenges, and make recommendations for next steps to overcoming those challenges. I recommend these Follow Up Coaching sessions take place every two weeks, but we can negotiate scheduling to fit your needs.
Training & Qualifications
Mostly vegetarian, polymath, experienced with combining western and eastern traditional medicine and wellness and nutrition practices, massage therapist, excellent at helping people build custom solutions to complex problems.
