Fermented foods- kraut, kimchi, traditional pickles and more are healthy and delicious. I'm a skilled fermented foods enthusiast and experienced teacher. I'll offer an individual 90 minute class for 1 person teaching you the ins and outs of fermented food preparation, benefits and trouble shooting. Class can be tailored to your experience level and can include kraut, kimchi, pickles, other fermented vegetables or fermented beverages such as kombucha and kefir. You will take home 1 quart of ferments that you have prepared as well as handouts and recipes. 1 person 75 S, each additional person +50 S. I prefer Simbi, but will consider partial trades.

Training & Qualifications
a well seasoned teacher/perpetual student/fermentation enthusiast. I have been preparing traditionally lacto-fermented foods for over 15 years and selling my ferments and teaching fermentation classes for about 8. I also have a background in both adult and childhood education that allows me to support diverse types of learners.
