60 Minute Movement Coaching Session
With my 60 Minute Movement Coaching Session we will delve into creative and authentic ways to optimize, open up, and unlock your potential for movement capacity. This includes increasing strength, increasing mobility, increasing technical ability, and reducing pain.
I will conduct these through modalities of calisthenic movements, weight training, kettlebells, odd object usage, and free weights.
This can be done online, at a public park, or at my gym in SE Portland
I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years, and currently own my own gym. I specialize in strength training for athletes, structural repair, rehabilitation for aches and pains, and general movement coaching. My history includes competitive Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay-thai, wrestling, MMA, olympic lifting, Crossfit, and strongman. I am versed in swimming, powerlifting, and fundamental primal movements.
