Bam is a personal trainer who has been training for over three years specifically working with various mixed martial arts fighters creating strength and conditioning programming and workouts. He has also been coaching boxing, wrestling, and cardio kickboxing during that time. He is looking to train individuals to achieve their own personal goals and achieve their desired level of athleticism. Interested in training groups of athletes for their specific sport as well as an individuals personal fitness goals. He speaks to youth about making positive life decisions and avoiding negative and destructive behavior through passions and personal goals. He works currently as a personal trainer and an EMT with American Medical Response holding experience in the 9-1-1 system, basic transport, in home care, and as a production crew medic.
