If you're bored and want to watch a new movie but don't want to roll the dice on something crappy based on the 'hit or miss' Netflix recommendations, then I'm your guy. Tell me some of your favorite movies, directors, actors and genres and I'll throw out 5 recommendations that you may not have seen yet. Please specify if you want me to stick to one genre or anything else specific like that. I've been told by many friends, co-workers, acquaintances and others that I've helped them up their movie game from Michael Bay to Christopher Nolan, David Lynch and David Cronenberg.
Training & Qualifications
I'm sure I was in the film industry in some shape or form in a past life but for now I'll have to settle for being a bit of a cinephile. I boast more than 500 movies in my personal collection, have what seems like an endless queue on my Netflix account and have regularly blown out entire teams of people who dare to play me in Scene It. My film interests are not genre or decade specific, I have broad tastes that vary from classic epics, to raunchy comedies, zombie flicks, sci-fi and campy horror to foreign films, low budget indie oscar winning movies and beyond.
