4 hour body/ slow carb meal prep
Hey there! If you are wanting to kick start your diet I recommend the 4 hour body! You have a strict diet 6 days a week then 1 day a week you get to indulge!! The key is to make meals that are similar throughout the week and then the cheat day sky is the limit! I have some personal recipes that helped me lose 20lbs!

I have struggled with losing weight my whole life and nothing has ever worked for me until this. Focusing on portion control and limiting the bad things but not completely excluding them helps with the cravings! When cheat days comes you almost don't want the sugar or junk food!
