Hello there! If you've shown interest in this title, you might not be feeling your best. While I can't fix that, I can offer support via encouragement and empathy or helping you find resources (books, hotlines, therapy, research, community support, etc).
You know you better than anyone else. You will find your path to happiness because you are a self-actualizing human; but maybe you need someone to lean on right now, and that's okay. You are worthy of happiness. You are not alone.
I'm still on my own journey to overcoming anxiety related problems. I have general anxiety, panic attacks that are seasonal in nature, and am working through past truama. I also have specific phobias that pop up every now and then. I am in college for counseling and I see a counselor myself to work on this. I am starting to feel more myself everyday, but it hasn't been easy.
I put a lot of effort into finding what makes me happier and calmer. I do a lot of research about anxiety. I want to use my experiences to help others find their peace.
I do not have a specific religion, so I can't offer you much spiritual advice. However, I recommend meditation and mindfulness to everyone. These have been vital tools in learning to break or prevent a panic attack.
If you need someone to hear you out and not tell you garbage like "it's all in your head," or "just knock it off, you only do this for attention," I'm here.
The best thing I've ever done for my mental health is reach out!
