Help with Gluten Free diets

I will give you advice on how to stay on the Gluten Free Diet. This is especially good for those with Celiac Spru as I was born with the illness and have had to be on a Gluten Free Diet my entire life. I will give 1 special GF family recipe per session. I can also give you medical information on what actually happens to a celiac patient who gets a hold of gluten, as well as print offs about the diet for relatives and co-workers.

Training & Qualifications
I was born with Celiac Spru which requires a Gluten Free diet for life. I have been on the Gluten Free diet for nearly 20 years and Both of my parents were on the Gluten Free diet for over 20 years Before that. I have studied what happens to the body when someone with Celiac gets a hold of gluten.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free after 6:30 on weekdays and any time on weekends
