There seems to be indeed a misunderstanding. I use the 'outsourcing consultancy' because I am required by Simbi to select a service to propose the dea...l.
However, I am running an experiment that is all about completing more Simbi requests to help gain legitimacy for Simbi that you can get here what you seek.
And for that experiment, I have not made a service yet because I want to see how the experiment goes first.
As for looking outside Simbi because you brought up Fiverr in your messages. The intent was to find Simbi candidates that would help you with your job request on Simbi, which would be to find paying customers through Fiverr. Having a buddy on your side that would help you find the paying customers through Fiverr was the actually intended deliverable.
That said because it's human work the proposal is to be paid for as we put in the 'effort'. Unfortunately, effort does not always yield results. It's especially disappointing if candidates do not reply at all. Unresponsiveness on platforms is a worldwide plague I would wish we could get rid of.
