I will take your recipe and help you come up with a suitable recipe that is dairy-free and/or gluten-free. Entrees only.
Training & Qualifications
A few years ago, I developed a dairy and beef allergy...around the same time my husband found out he has a gluten allergy. Since then, I have been taking my favorite recipes and converting them so that either I or both of us can eat.
