I can set you up with a weight training/work out program that will set you up for overall toning or weight loss using the bar or some free weights as well as cardio.
I can also provide tips on nutrition and calorie restriction to achieve your weight loss goals.
Training & Qualifications
I am currently doing this myself and have lost 25 pounds in 2 1/2 months and working on achieving my ultimate goal soon!
I used to also be a qualified ballet/contemporary dance instructor; I understand how the body works and how to avoid injury.
