Teach you basic cooking techniques, how to prepare the 5 mother sauces ( or however many you care to learn), and prepare one simple dish. This is provided you buy the ingredients neccessary.

I am a cook who uses these techniques daily and I have trained people throughout my career. If there are any questions or techniques that you wish to perfect, I have a good network of friends and colleagues that can fill in any gaps I may have
