I have spent thousands of hours exploring and teaching in the fields of yoga & science.
I am married to a marvelous woman, and we have created two miraculous children.

It's been a great pleasure participating in this session with Andrew. Learning about Yoga, limbs of Yoga and having a better mindset of choice rather ...than compulsion. We had great conversations about so many topics. We did a breathing exercise which was very good and i plan to do it regularly.
