Hello! My name is Andrew M. Scioli,
Growing up I played a TON of Sports and have always loved a good competition. Baseball, Football, Tae Kwon Do, Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu were my first loves when it comes to sports that shaped my life. After a average wrestling career I began Jiu Jitsu at a community college and fell in love with multiple disaplines. When I moved south for school I began MMA and have been practicing and training individuals since. After becoming a National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer I began working with primarily elderly in a gym setting and finding my clinical-type specialties of Correctional Exercise Therapy and Post-Rehab. As my love for kinesiology and conditioning grew I knew I must expand on my little experience and began seeking additional accrededations and work experience. I then worked for an Elite Training gym in Freeland, MI. Shortly there after my business took off and today I own and operate Resilience Specialty Athletics & Post-Rehab as my primary day job. This allowed me to go back to my original love of Training in Martial Arts while still being able to help those that need it most! Besides my career path, I enjoy hobbies such as hiking, biking, discgolf, and sketching. My view point as a Trainer is any person can make you puke from being overworked, it takes a true specialist to yield LASTING results, and a all over healthy you can feel changing not only your life, but your views on fitness. I hope that with my periodized scientific approach and determination to exceed your expectations you to can become Resilient!
