Embody the Experience at Healing Haven. You have the opportunity to focus on your mind and body healing with the Theta healing and Detox pod. You will first experience a 30 minute theta healing that will allow your mind to get into a deep mediative state through cranial electrical stimulation to awaken the brain, binaural beats to balance the brain, EMDR light therapy to assist with patterns, while grounding on a chakra PEMF mat. After the theta experience you will relax in the infrared sauna to journal about your downloads from your theta healing. Third step, is you will lay in a pod that massages, uses infrared and a BrainTap to balance the brain. This hour and 30 minute experience will leave you feeling energized.
Training & Qualifications
I am a CNHP and CHHP, working towards my Doctorate in Naturopathy. I am a breathwork facilator, yogi instructor, brain coach, and a Emotional Intelligent Coach.
