25 minute Guided Meditation
Sometimes life is just too much to handle and we get so stressed out with all the day to day things we have to do and all the worries we carry around with us that it makes us sick. That is why it is so helpful to just sit back, close your eyes and go through a guided meditation or path working session to help your mind focus and release all the stress that you have been carrying around with you.
To this end I can set up a time to create a personalized path working or guided meditation session with you or if you need me to I can make a pre-recorded one and send it to you so that you can use it whenever you need a chance to just take a break and relax.
Each path-working session and guided meditation is made custom and unique.
I can also provide a detailed transcript for it if you would like.
Training & Qualifications
I have been doing guided meditations and path working for a few years now. I have experience with both virtual and in person as well as group and solitary. Most of the meditations I have done are geared towards a specific theme or goal.
