I recently acquired a whole bunch of velcro curlers, some of them very large, and I'd like to figure out how I can use them to get my hair to look the way I want instead of constantly damaging my hair by styling it daily with a blow dryer and brush. Can anyone teach me how to do this? I'm posting some pictures of the hair styles I like on me (*edit: confused because apparently I cannot post pictures along with a request, that would have probably been helpful) and you can see how I would do these easily with a blow dryer, brush and lots of hairspray. I'm fine with the hairspray! But the heat is literally breaking my hair.

If I leave my hair to dry without styling it, it's massively frizzy, crazy, goes off in stupid directions, and is full of unfortunate cowlicks. I'd like to learn to accomplish more or less the same looks with curlers and styling products instead, but my attempts so far have been, um... uninformed. Is anyone really good with curlers? Can you show me the ways?

I'm making a separate request for helping me with this virtually vs. someone local coming over and helping me with it personally since it's a totally different service in person. This is the request to give me a lesson by video chat or something like that! This is totally up for discussion, but I guess what I'm offering for now is 15 Simbi or a comparable exchange of service for about a half an hour video chat lesson, if that sounds okay?
