I'm excited to close on my first home purchase in August!
However, there is some work that I'd like to complete before officially moving in at the end of September.

I'm looking for a General Contractor who can help me get an idea of how much my ideas will cost me. I'm just looking for bids at the moment but there is a small list of items I'd like to get taken care of immediate in which I'm hoping the right person can help me out with.

- Stairs are uneven and are a safety risk
- There are missing pieces to the fence in the back yard that wouldn't stop my future chickens from roaming into my neighbors yard
- I'm curious about replacing some windows with a sliding door to the back yard
- I'd like to eventually build a deck in the back as well

General contractor needs to be available in the SE Portland area.
