I will provide a 1 hour body work session. You can choose a few areas you would like to receive focused work or a full body therapeutic massage. I incorporate Shiatsu, Craniosacral and Neuromuscular Therapies for a customized session based on your needs.

I am a state licensed and insured Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner with 10 years’ experience in Bodywork.
