I am a Registered Acupuncturist born and raised in northern British Columbia. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Psychology with Honours from the University of Northern BC, conducting research on pain/disability management. I have lived in Victoria, studying and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 2010, after my passion and curiosity were sparked from exposure to Chinese medicine techniques when personal experience with western therapies fell short of the mark after a car accident.
I am especially interested in treatment in the following areas:

-reproductive health, endocrinology, and family health;
-treatment of musculoskeletal pain and trauma rehabilitation;
-inflammation management;
-positive psychology and preventive medicine, and;
-psycho-emotional factors as cause of health and disease.

I have also completed training in inflammation management, Aletheia Breathwork Facilitation, Leon Hammer’s Chinese Pulse Diagnosis, qi gong energy healing and physical movement techniques, Japanese Acupuncture, and Worsley’s Five Elements styles of practice. I am currently continuing studies in Oriental reproductive medicine and Kiiko Matsumoto Syle Acupuncture, or Japanese meridian therapy.
