My name is Aleks I am 30 year old Graphic Designer, originally from Liverpool, in the North West of the UK.
Recently started up my own creative agency after having worked in various agencies around the world and freelancing for many years in the background also.

I personally enjoy what is now termed 'The Outdoors', I love to get out in the fresh air, to soak up the mountains and forests. To stroll a quiet beach in winter, to look over the clouds at the top of the Snowdonian Mountains.
I enjoy many activities like wood working, drawing, designing, creating, building things.
I have embarked on a task creating a custom camper van in the back of a Ford Transit van, which has been such a great learning experience and an immense point of satisfaction seeing your own creation come together from nothing.

Me and my business partner are working remotely most of the time, and encourage the freelancers and other creatives we work with to also, I would love as the agency grows to maintain this mentality, seems a shame to watch so many people commuting in such expense, cramped and uncomfortable conditions to go to an uninspiring office, located in an expensive centrally located postcode to complete a task that inevitably, through the advent of technology, could be completed from a remote location. Saving on the production of green house gasses in the commute, but also researchers at Umea University in Sweden released a startling finding: Couples in which one partner commutes for longer than 45 minutes are 40 percent likelier to divorce.

I have a lot of personal interest encouraging the hopefully already imminent fall of capitalism, its drive for constant growth at the expense of morals, welfare and the environment. Not to mention ever worsening working conditions for workers.

I'd love to give back some of our services in a way that is more true to my spirit of how I feel would benefit us all. A little more compassion and respect to each other.
