I am a highly adaptable, self-motivated professional with a track record of organisational improvement. I am an established school senior leader with 10 years experience of leadership and management. I have worked with diverse groups of people to ensure key performance indicators are met, training needs are identified and addressed and that all team members are working cohesively to meet organisational aims and objectives. My goals are to develop as leader and manager, ensuring that I make a difference to the team I am responsible for and that all targets are met. I am highly skilled at analysing and proactively identifying potential problems, and developing plans to ensure they are overcome. Although my background is in education, I have spent much time studying management styles and methods to support my role as a senior leader.
