I'm a veterinarian, craftsman, herbalist, and activist from Mississippi. I graduated from Mississippi State's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 and practiced in private hospitals, emergency clinics, low-cost spay and neuter facilities, and in animal shelters in Mississippi and Louisiana for 16 years before taking a break to explore other interests like herbology and woodworking. I've made custom frames and furniture for over 10 years now working through several galleries and consignment shops in Mississippi. I love taking reclaimed and new materials and turning them into functional, artist pieces. The custom frames I build pull from the client's esthetics as well as the piece being framed to create a distinctive, one of a kind work.
