She is backed by over a decade of experience as a teacher, supervisor, coach, and mentor to emerging leaders between the ages of 18-35. Aja works with young adults from all socio-economic backgrounds and experience-levels, guiding them toward defining their passions, discovering their authentic strengths, and awakening the purpose-driven leader within.
