I can allow you to use my adequate training equipment. I can give you guidance and a little know how to get you started if you need. I'm knowledgeable in health and fitness and can give you a crash course on what you need to know in order to achieve your fitness goals.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified personal trainer with years of knowledge and experience in health and fitness. I am also a chef by profession with a vast knowledge of healthy ingredients nutritious cooking.
Availability & Preferences
I'm available in the morning time most days.
