One Week: Self-Care Reminder Texts

Self-care can be tough. There are a lot of things over the course of the day that try to demand your attention - and even if they don't, sometimes it can still be difficult to allow yourself the space to slow down and take it easy on yourself.
I want to help make this easier. I'll send you one brief text a day, over the course of one week, with a supportive note encouraging some gentle self-care. Think of it as permission to care about yourself. These notes will also come with a photo of a cute animal (probably a kitten or a puppy) to help inspire some cozy uplift.

Positive organizational psychologist and personal growth coach. But more importantly, I struggled with self-care for a many years until it finally overwhelmed me and I had to start learning how to take care of myself. Hardcore learning. Self-care can be tough; its my mission to help make self-care and self-love easier for others. 💜
Availability & Preferences
I work on Pacific time, but other than that the texts will typically come in the afternoon.
