I will help create a timeline and help understand a full schedule of a simple or complex project. This will include training on project management fundamentals so you can understand how to keep your project on-time and easy to understand. This can be for a personal or business project and we will go over how to lead it to completion.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked for 8 years as a project manager for both manufacturing and software projects in an optics company. I have a B.S. degree in Physics and own a business with many different small and large projects. I like seeing projects come to life with someone who is passionate and driven. Availability & Preferences
I have a fairly busy schedule so weekday nights or Sunday usually works best for me. We can meet over video or telephone if that is your preference. I am local to the East Bay (Emeryville).
