Mindful Meditation Instruction
Ever been stressed? Me too. Tired of feeling angry? So was I. I started mindful meditation five years ago because I wasn't happy with how I felt inside, despite my life having the outward appearance of a positive experience. Once I started meditating, I not only became more calm, focused, and present in my everyday life, but I also became filled with a strong sense of gratitude for the simple experience of life. I believe I can help you become less stressed, and happier, as well. *This is not a religious experience. Meditation brings you more in touch with yourself, so it can exist independent of, or in conjunction with religious practice.
Training & Qualifications
Hours upon hours of meditation. I have done mindful meditation, loving-kindness meditation, mantra meditation*, gratitude meditation, guided meditations, and more. *This is not a religious experience.
