I bake artisan breads and croissant pastries. Brioche, fresh ground whole wheat, baguette, bouls, jalapeño and candied jalapeño breads, also trays of cinnamon rolls using brioche as well as sweetbraids filled with cream cheese or nutella along with choice of jams such as strawberry, raspberry, black cherry to name a few. The croissants taste like France! Also making pain au chocolat, pain au raison and torrades!
Training & Qualifications
I have been building my brand for 2 years through friends and my current work. Baking out of home for the time being but near to opening a full bakery in the following months!
Availability & Preferences
I bake to order and will let you know when i can provide, usually the following day unless my orders are all booked
