Professional voice teacher!
30
Hello! I am a professional music teacher for a major music studio in Atlanta. I teach multiple instruments, but my major expertise is in voice. I can teach all styles and genres, but my greatest asset is my ability to analyze and fix problems and bad habits in the voice. I can help you learn to replace the bad vocal habits that we all inevitably develop with healthy, sustainable, long term-minded habits. I have taught hundreds of voice students and I have multitudes of professional references. I can do 30 minute sessions or one hour, but for the most robust learning experience I recommend an hour. I can also teach sight-singing, music theory, and other instruments than simply the voice. I am looking for a reliable base of clientele, and hopefully we can equally benefit one another! Thanks for checking me out and I look forward to working with you!
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional music teacher and I studied Vocal Performance at Augusta State University under the tutelage of Dr. Bill Hobbins. I learned about the voice from a pedagogical perspective with an emphasis on understanding the mechanical function of the voice as well as techniques for expression. My personal vocal strength is in Opera. The real deal, as in Wagner and Mozart. I am a baritone, but I am equally capable of teaching all voice types.
