I would be very happy to talk with you about your issues and what has been causing you stress in recent days. Everyone has bad days. We are all lost, and we are all just trying to discover ourselves and find out who we are. It’s okay to think that our lives are mapped out, after all, being confident and optimistic about the future is a good thing. It is also okay to be confused and at a loss as to what you plan to do in the future or even right now. Don’t panic. It’s all going to be okay.
I can lend my ear and listen to your worries, things that are stressing you out either over a Skype call, Simbi message, an email exchange, or some other communication method that we can discuss
Training & Qualifications
I am someone who has suffered through a period of negative thoughts and suicidal impulses in the past; I have been an advocate for mental health awareness in my local community and I am also someone my friends would choose to confide in.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free during the night and perhaps the late afternoon. Normally, it depends on my schedule and we can discuss availability in further detail if required.
