Vegan Cooking Lesson

Learn how to cook healthy and nutritious vegan food. Some specialties to choose from (choose 2-3):
1. Ethiopian either split peas (mild) or lentil (spicy) dish to accompany rice or purchased injera
2. Ethiopian vegetable dish with gomen (greens) or cabbage, potato and carrots
3. Quinoa bowl with veggies, quinoa cooked in veggie broth with leafy greens and squash
4. Cashew cream dip customized to your dietary restrictions and veggies. This is a great appetizer and on the run food choice.
You provide the materials (food), unless arranged otherwise. We can also work out cost for materials in trade/simba/etc. Negotiate where the lesson will occur. Each lesson will be approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a self taught home chef that has also cooked at large community events and music festivals.
