Pre-event massage and stretching will warm up muscles, decrease likelihood of injury, and increase performance. Post workout massage decreases muscle recovery time, decrease soreness and swelling, and removes metabolic waste, allowing you to get back in the gym more frequently and with more intensity. This offer is ideal for athletes and bodybuilders alike. I will go to your event/competition and perform the services on site, and will do post workout massages in the comfort of your own home.

William is so good. He is strong, well-trained, comforting, excellent respecting requests and a great communicator. He knows how to release muscles wh...ile providing relaxation. He asked for and successfully incorporated feedback. Not only did he give an excellent massage to me in trade for tax services but we then hired him to massage my wife.
