I am a problem solving, creative, Instructional Designer seeking opportunities to produce high quality learning assets. I actively adopt technological advances that optimize production and instructional delivery. I have experience with a few Learning Management Systems (LMS). I use Adobe Captivate extensively. I also design my own graphics, edit audio and video. I enjoy every phase of the ADDIE model, but when time and money are short I quickly adjust to a rapid prototype solution.
