I'm a state-certified Peer Support Specialist, and can offer a range of support services, from talking you through anxieties, to generating practical solutions for real problems in your life. I am equipped to help with the management of symptoms related to mental illness. From anxiety and depression, to bi-polar and schizophrenia. I will help you learn and practice coping skills to better prepare you for dealing with the various stresses in your life. Sessions are 1 hour.
