Have a conversation of just be a friendly ear. Perhaps offer some advice if asked. I'm no means a trained professional but we all need someone to talk or vent to from time to time.

I've lived a fast paced life that has taken me on some incredible journeys and I have seen amazing things. I've been in a lot of situations and have dealt with impossible odds.
