I will offer consultation session for enterprise startups. 3 sessions of 30 min, is recommended as a minimum package. The number of sessions and outcome differ depending on your needs and readiness and your ability to work on your own. In general, you need to start with 2-6 sessions to take your enterprise startup from a business idea to a business model. Then another 90 min to take it from a business model to a business plan. In between you need to do your own research and writing. I can offer you tools to help you with that.
