I am a melomaniac through and through. I'm am thoroughly convinced that I was born to play rhythm in this world, I can't get enough and once I get started it's almost impossible to stop. Even long after I've left the studio space I'm still tapping away with my hands and feet and teeming with modulations, polyrhythmic concepts and other rhythm concepts.
I've Been playing formally for over a decade, (that is to say with drum sticks in my hands behind an actual drum kit) did the whole Berklee thing, recorded a few albums in the studio, one track in particular is part of a prog metal compilation work by Venezuelan 14+ string guitarist named Felix Martin in which he took a collection of famous recorded speeches and transcribed the rhythm / pitches of the speaker and wrote music to accompany them. Other than that most of the work that I have done was either just for myself or for people who I've known personally. Most of the time that I actually dedicate to music I spend practicing and attempting to further master my craft and push my skills. I know a ton of incredible world class musicians and music is pretty much my only true passion in this life I cannot imagine being myself and surviving without it.
