1-hour Personal Health Coaching

We will meet together for 1 hour (in person or over the phone) to discuss your health history/health and wellness goals, pinpoint which areas are most important to you, and discuss ways you can make simple changes to reach those health and fitness goals. At the end of each session, you will leave with a written action plan, complete with manageable steps you can take to improve your overall health, fitness, and wellness to help you reach those goals.
