My car recently broke done, I think it's the starter and that it's also draining the battery. But since I don't know about cars, I would like someone who does to take a look at it. I'm not asking anyone to fix it, just look at it. Tell me what's wrong, how much it might cost, how I should fix it; if possible. It does have to be someone local though since I can't drive it anywhere.
