Training & Qualifications
I work with chocolate in many forms and am a classic confectionist with a new world twist. I make molded truffles, caramel sauces and other unique chocolate based creations. My menus are balanced according to season, the products and places that inspire me – and those that remind me when it comes to food innovation, the sky is never the limit!
