We are establishing a social innovation academy in Tanzania, called Njombe Innovation Academy (https://twitter.com/nia_org), replicating an existing successful model form Uganda.
Currently we depend mainly on donations, but we want to explore additional ways to keep running: e. g. offer services/products, produce what we need, tokenise, etc.
We would love to get guidance exploring these opportunities.
