I can give you advice on common household problems such as why is this leaking or how to fix this with common items I am a jack of all trades but not a master and can inform you if the problem is serious enough to need a professional contractor or if it is easy enough to fix independently I can do up to 30 mins of assistance through Skype if longer is needed we can work that out when the time comes most problems are simple enough to fix with just some tweaks and most of the time do not require a professional to fix I will give you my opinion on what I believe could fix it or if you need a professional to fix or if you will need supplies to complete the job.
