Creative leader who believes that work should be just as fun and engaging as leisure time... if not more so. Driven by deadlines, and always willing to do whatever is necessary to see a project through to completion.

Creative Leader:
Catalyzes new creative projects. Devises development plans that encourage all workers to bring their own creative ideas to the table. Not afraid of stepping into unknown territory to ensure that deadlines are met.

Continuous Learner:
Reads avidly, covering a wide range of fields, from innovative business practices to arts & philosophy. Researches subjects relevant to current projects. Finds ways to apply new knowledge to current work.

Collaborative Facilitator:
Facilitates discussions so that everyone gets a chance to share the ideas that excite them. Gives careful consideration to all ideas that people share. Devises experiments to get relevant feedback on ideas.

Human Resources Graduate Certificate at Fanshawe College currently in progress. Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University. Will achieve CHRP designation as soon as possible after graduation in April 2017.
