30-Minute Hand Balancing Lesson

I will instruct you on the basics of hand balancing covering both form and strength building. The lesson will start with basic stretching, form drills, hand stands and finish with conditioning. This can be done anywhere that has enough open space to move.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional circus acrobat and have traveled and performed all over the world for over 10 years.
