I'm a subtle activist, mystic and changemaker, Veteran for Peace (Hudson Valley, NY) Family and Systemic Constellation facilitator, tarot reader and healer, as well as an Our Whole Lives ( lifespan sexuality) educator with graduate degrees in Special Education and Literacy from Mount Saint Mary College and Long Island University.

For fun I enjoy mystical pursuits, new discoveries in science, gardening, networking, travel and adventure. I make my own herbal tinctures and teas, enjoy wildcrafting, cooking, canning and preserving food when I'm not working. I'm proud to be a geek with a twisted sense of humor.
