An ambitious, persistent, can-do attitude, hustle, sincere, young man who is still learning a lot of things everyday. I had the similar idea about creating a marketplace for bartering services between people, but so glad someone else believes in the same thought (and executes quite well than what I would be able to...). Hopefully my vision of a world without brick-and-wall offices would come to life!!
